How to calculate your rock needs:
Measure the length, width, and depth of the area that you want to cover, then convert to cubic yards.
Steps:
1. Measure the length, width, and depth in feet.
2. Multiply the length by the width by the depth to calculate the volume in feet.
3. Divide the cubic feet by 27 to calculate the volume in cubic yards.
Example:
If you have a driveway that is 20 ft long, 10 ft wide, and 0.5 ft deep, the calculation would be:
20 x 10 x 0.5 = 100 cubic feet = 3.7 cubic yards

A standard gravel layer is usually 2–4 inches deep

Can you spread the rock for me?
Yes we do spread as a courtesy to our customers, however we always leave that up to the drivers discretion at time of delivery. Overhead obstacles such as limbs and powerlines as well as proximity to buildings or adverse slopes can make it unsafe to spread.
